Returns & Exchanges

Our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item.

Eligibility

Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, in unused condition, undamaged, with all original tags attached and packaging intact and purchased directly from our OMGetaway! website. If the item does not meet these criteria, it does not qualify for a return or exchange. Superficial wear or damage to the outer shipping carton does not qualify as a valid reason for return, provided the product and its original packaging remain intact, unused, and undamaged. OMGetaway! reserves the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Exchanges

We currently only offer exchanges for the same product in the same or different colour, pending availability. 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please contact our team at info@omgetaway.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

Returns Process

All returns must be processed via our returns portal: https://returns.omgetaway.com/en-US/Label/SearchOrder. We only accept returns with our own return label. Please note that charges apply for returns. To ensure a smooth and safe return, please package your item(s) carefully and thoughtfully to avoid being damaged on their journey back to us. OMGetaway! is not responsible for any damage or loss during the transit back to us.

Refunds

Please note that refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and verified at our designated warehouses. Once we confirm receipt and inspect the item to ensure it meets return item quality requirements, we’ll proceed with processing your refund. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.
